Welcome to my Supervision Space
I am glad you have found yourself here.
My mission is to guide Occupational Therapists in discovering their path, fostering fulfillment in their work, and unleashing their true potential.
Who I am?
I’m Kimberley. Occupational Therapist, Supervisor, Mentor and Life Coach, devoted foodie and coffee enthusiast.
When I’m not working, I enjoy being in the sunshine and in nature. I have a passion for exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. I love having a laugh with friends.
Why OT?
I chose the profession of Occupational Therapy as it has allowed me to be creative, it has allowed me to change the direction when I have felt stagnant, it’s given me flexibility to travel, having travelled Europe and Asia, and lived and worked in London for 6+ years.
I began my working journey in 2012 in mental health and forensics before furthering my studies in addiction. I have worked across hospitals in various fields internationally. Having recently moved to Australia from London, I now support individuals with psychosocial challenges and elderly. I deliver the COPE program to carers in need.
My experience?
My own experiences and study in Neurolinguistic programming have deepened my curiosity and passion to understand ‘why’ we do what we do.
I have experienced burn-out, compassion fatigue, even felt “bored”, like my role didn’t deviate from dishing out equipment or writing reports. Having a supervisor who prompted me to bring out my own creativity, to understand what my unique skills are and my purpose, has transformed the level of fulfilment I have for the work I do.
My why
With 10+ years experience, I am committed to working on myself personally and professionally so that I can provide the highest quality of supervision for you.
My deepest passion to help other OT’s, who like I have, have lost their enthusiasm and need someone external to reignite this passion. I believe with the RIGHT supervisor you can get this back and truly enjoy the work you do.
It starts with you!
